Non-Admin users cannot send messages to their assigned groups

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
We are aware of an issue preventing Non-Admin users from sending messages to their assigned groups. Our team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide updates as soon as the issue is resolved. In the meantime, Admin level users should be able to send messages to groups via the website if there are urgent messages to send.
