We've now resolved the incident. We sincerely apologize for the disruption. Message sending is restored. Any failed messages can be manually resent.
We've made an adjustment to help with Message Sending and are waiting for things to recover. We are seeing successful outgoing messaging again. Any failed messages during this downtime would need to be manually sent again.
